Hello Mate!

I moved to London from Paris when I was 15, which makes it 20 years ago.

London has been my home ever since. It’s where I studied, made lifelong friends, worked and truly discovered life. Now, let’s talk food. People who’ve never been here love to say, “English food isn’t good.” But here’s the thing: London isn’t just English, it’s an international city, home to some of the best restaurants from around the world.

My own culinary journey started at Le Cordon Bleu, and I went on to work as a sous chef at Cépages. These days, I’m more of a diner than a chef and I absolutely love eating out. Based in West London, I’ve curated this guide to share some of my favourite spots in the best city, Enjoy!
